Os lançamentos em Blu-ray da Criterion para julho

Um julho meio parado nos lançamentos da Criterion já que dos seis títulos que serão disponibilizados, três já existiam em DVD e tiveram “apenas” um upgrade para o formato azul. Em comum, quase todos os filmes já foram lançados no Brasil em DVD mas estão esgotados há anos.

Os títulos recauchutados estão no (importante) box Roberto Rossellini’s War Trilogy que conta com os filmes Roma Cidade Aberta, Paisá e Alemanha Ano Zero, todos lançados por aqui nos primórdios da Versátil e já esgotados. Mesmo caso de O Dinheiro de Robert Bresson.

Relax (tradução precisa do orginal Lost in America) do Albert Brooks, conhecido também por dublar alguns personagens dos Simpsons (não confundir com James L. Brooks, um dos criadores da animação) foi lançado aqui pela Warner lá no começo dos anos 2000.

Para terminar, o único título não lançado por aqui (Continental não conta, né?) e muito aguardado lá fora, Stalker, do Tarkovsky. Bem que a Versátil, que lançou praticamente toda a obra do diretor por aqui, podia se animar e trazer essa belezura pra cá.
